Our Fresh Seafood Banquet is presented on decorated platters and offers a mix of:

• Fresh Market Oysters
• Tasty Mussels
• Smoked Salmon

• Fresh Lemon Wedges
• Seafood Cocktail Sauce
• A Fresh Salad of lettuce, tomatoes, Spanish onion and cucumbers (Salad served in disposable bowls)

Whole Cooked Lobster $125 each

To present your Fresh Seafood Banquet, we recommend you utilise the services of professionally trained personnel who can attend your function, serve the food and clean up, allowing you to enjoy the celebration.

• Cost for chef – $180 for up to 4 hours

  (Includes pre-arrival preparation time)

• Cost for bar attendant – $180 for up to 4 hours

$2.00 per person surcharge applies during December

A surcharge applies for public holidays and for bookings at venues outside the metropolitan area.
